Dust jacket graded Very Good with light edge wear and mild surface rubbing; no tears, no chips, and no price clipping. Jacket remains bright. Boards are sharp, corners crisp, and the spine is tight, square, and unread strong. Interior is like new, all 101 pages are bright, clean, and completely free of markings. A beautiful example of this sought after photographic tribute. Presenting the intimate, rarely seen photographs from Marilyn Monroe’s 1952 visit to Niagara Falls, images long hidden until their rediscovery in the 1990s. Carroll’s candid portraits capture Monroe on the cusp of superstardom, offering a uniquely human glimpse behind the Hollywood icon. This first edition pairs striking photography with Carroll’s personal reflections, making it a standout volume for Marilyn collectors and mid century film historians.
