hardback. Very slight foxing to edge. The editors of this anthology of new short stories asked a number of distinugished writers of fiction each to produce a story about someone who lives or who has lived in the twentieth century, and who obsesses or intrigues them. The heroes are fact, as least their names are; their antics are fiction, to some degree. And the result is a highly entertaining book which suggests that there are no limits to imagaination whatsoever! 245 pp. Plastic protective covering around D/J. (We carry a wide selection of titles in The Arts, Theology, History, Politics, Social and Physical Sciences. academic and scholarly books and Modern First Editions etc.).
