First edition thus. One of 750 copies issued. In gilt-lettered black leather shelfback over printed boards; printed dust jacket. Tiny dot of stain to fore-edge, else fine, the boards show just a hint of age-toning at the extremities; in very nearly fine dust jacket that also betrays age-darkening, particularly to the spine panel, and shows some minor crimping at spine head. Stylishly produced reissue of the important and rare directory--representing the first printed material on Nevada Territory, first published in 1862. Included are Henry DeGroot's "Sketches of the Washoe Silver Mines" and "Map of the Washoe Silver Mines.
