166p. Ex-library copy of a hardcover book in good condition with a like dustjacket. Remains of a large sticker on front pastedown endpaper. Scattered small pencil marks in margins. However, the majority of the text is clean, and the binding is tight. The dustjacket has a library sticker on the spine, which is lightly faded, the back is a bit tanned, and the edges are rubbed. Small pencil marks on front flap. Overall in good condition as a whole. Father Mathew was an Irish priest who advocated teetotalism. This biography of him contains several black and white plates.
