Hardback / hard cover: violet paper-covered boards backed in blue cloth, backstrip blind-titled against metallic red. Top edge of text-block toned & speckled, other edges lightly toned; remainder mark at lower edge. Two consecutive leaves of contents - pages V-VIII - with light crease of length 5cm from upper edge close & near-parallel to fore-edge, pages VII/VIII also with sharper crease of length 3cm across upper outer corner; neither crease affecting print of any kind. GOOD+ copy in VERY GOOD+ unclipped dust jacket with vivid colour design by George Corsillo.
