Very Good + condition Hardcover navy blue boards with gilt lettering on the spine. Includes numerous color and b/w illustrations, References and Index, 280 pages. The exception to the condition is a remainder mark on the bottom of the text block and rubbing/mark on the front pastedown. The DJ is in Very Good condition with the exception of a closed tear at the head and wear to extremities.
