A left-stapled publication measuring 8-1/2" by 11" and containing 21 sheets (the original issue and not a reprint), with 19 printed interior pages containing text (the verso of each page is blank, as issued). The Contents are: From the Launching Pad (editor's opening notes, 2 pages; Professor Clareson reprints a letter from Scott C. Osborn written to John Fisher, Executive Secretary, The Modern Language Association of America [MLA]); The Artistic Problem: Science Fiction As Romance by Lionel Stevenson (6 pages); Current Books: Notes and Reviews - The Passing of Utopia (3 pages; Professor Clareson reviews "From Utopia to Nightmare" written by Chad Walsh along with other book notes); Science Fiction as Cultural Phenomenon: A Re-Evaluation by Mark R.
