Washington, D.C., 1964 - privately printed in Great Britain by Alex L. Hillman for his friends (by Vandyck, Plumtree Court, London). 15 pages. This is an unnumbered and unsigned copy from an edition stated to be limited to 200 numbered copies signed by Buckley. Blue cloth hard cover binding with a couple of very small rub marks but overall in excellent condition - the text is clean and unmarked. A very attractive item. Residents outside of Australia please note: the packaged weight of this book is under 500 g so it may ship for less than the price shown at checkout and, if so, this will be adjusted.
