Sean D.C. Ostrowski (BSc PhD PGCHE FRICS FCIOB FCIArb) is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has practised in the full range of quantity surveying services for over 30 years, specialising in the field of dispute resolution for both the professional and contracting sectors, and continues to lecture on quantity surveying subjects.
