This is a generally nice example of this estate sale catalogue for the Marrrington Estate located on the Shropshire Montgomeryshire Border, being sold by order of Halebrose Estates ltd, June 7th 1963, a 23 page catalogue accompanied with a large folding coloured map of the estate housed in a pocket at the rear, the map measures 44 inches by 30 inches approx. and takes in some of the surrounding countryside and villages, including Priestweston, Chirbury, and Mitchell?s Fold Stone Circle, the covers have some sunning wear and minor edge tears, corner creases, rusting to the staples, map in excellent condition.
