It has been republished in several different forms, but this is the First Edition that was self-published by Newman. The Energy Machine of Joseph Westley Newman . . . An Invention Whose Time Has Come was written and published by Joseph W. Newman (Edited by Evan R. Soule', Jr.).The book was published by Newman in 1984 and is a stated FIRST EDITION, First Issue. It has no dust jacket, is 8 1/2" by 11", has 287 glossy pages with an Index, a Bibliography, a Table of Contents, black-and-white illustrations and photographs throughout the text, and is in very good condition, bordering on very good +. It's not an ex-library copy. I can send anyone interested photographs of the book to confirm its authenticity. Here's a quote from the back cover: "The new source of energy which I disclose in this book is not the ultimate discovery. On the contrary. The energy which I have discovered is as basic as the WHEEL itself, and such energy will vastly improve the qualitative life of the human species. Moreover, World Peace can result from such improvement."
