Item description from seller

Entire book is clean, square along the edges, and tightly bound with a flexible, strong binding. Interior has two minor marks: Prior owners name on front fep; and a single paragraph underline to text on page 190: ". . . City people are moving in. They're welcome as long as they don't try to change things here to make it like where they came from. For example, they want the poor residents to get tidied up, get rid of the junk cars in their yards. A few of these city people want me to enforce ordinances-or want new ones. And many of them want zoning. I'm very against it. People in rural areas need to be unrestricted. For example, someone might need to open up a little hair shop." (From an interview with a county official).
