Paul Gallico was an American novelist best known for 'The Snow Goose' and 'The Poseidon Adventure'. With Gallico's annotations and underlining.With a review by Ernest Hemingway on the spine describing the work as 'first-rate'.An exciting autobiography detailing the lives of these remarkable creatures. In the publisher's original full cloth binding with an unclipped dust wrapper. Externally generally smart, with a little wear to the extremities. Dust wrapper is starting at the the joints, with a closed tear to the front board and some wear to the head. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are a touch age-toned, with Gallico's underlining in biro occasionally. Good.
