1978. 120pp. B&W and colour illustrations. Minor shelf wear to covers. The book is otherwise in excellent condition with no inscriptions, and all contents are tight and clean. "If you are a home or studio potter or art teacher with only an electric kiln available, you'll find this book indispensable. Although the use of the electric kiln has become widespread (they are easy to install, affordable, and often the only kiln allowed by city or school regulations), firing with the electric kiln is only briefly covered in pottery courses and ceramic literature. Electric Kiln Ceramics fills this gap by clearly demonstrating that, despite "professional" bias in favor of gas- or fuel-fired kilns, electric-kiln firing can produce 'real' - and very beautiful - ceramics.".
