If you're dissatisfied with your purchase (Incorrect Book/Not as Described/Damaged) or if the order hasn't arrived, you're eligible for a refund within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Shipping Terms:
Frogtown Books, inc. ABAA takes special care to pack and ship all orders, well padded in sturdy boxes. We ship domestically via USPS book rate and USPS Priority. Also sometimes by UPS where appropriate. We pay the insurance when it is indicated.
