Presenting "The Effects of SO2 on a Grassland: A Case Study in the Northern Great Plains of the United States" (Ecological Studies Series Vol. 45), edited by W. K. Lauenroth and Eric M. Preston. This hardcover edition, though lacking a jacket, offers valuable insights into the subject matter. Formerly a NASA library book from the Langley Research Center, it bears library stamps and stickers. The covers exhibit rubbing to the corners and spine ends, with a bumped upper corner near the spine causing ripples in the cloth and splitting at the gutters. Despite these external flaws, the binding remains square and tight. A small abrasion is present on the front flyleaf, but the interior pages are clean and unmarked, ensuring a pristine reading experience. To ensure its safe delivery, the book will be carefully packaged for shipment, providing protection from the elements. As part of our commitment to excellent service, a USPS electronic tracking number will be issued free of charge, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.…

Store description
Alien Bindings is an online bookshop located in Baltimore that has been in operation for nearly 20 years. Alien Bindings caters to the sciences including the physical sciences, astronomy, mathematics, computer science, the social sciences and medicine. I also dabble in a wide array of other categories including antiquarian books and history. I run a clean, green business. I try to reuse clean materials for packaging whenever possible. For example, books are carefully packaged frequently using clean cardboard for custom made boxes, recycled paper is used for printed labels and recycled plastic or bubble wrap is used for a weather-proof barrier. I drop the packages off to my local post office via foot or cycle in order to further reduce the carbon footprint.…
