Large losses at the top and bottom of the spine, with multiple smaller tears, splits, and areas of wear throughout. The front panel and front flap are nearly separated at the fold. Body: Fair - rubbing, wear, and signs of use. Binding: Fair - slightly loose, with wear and cracking to some sections of the binding. Edges: Good - age-toned. Pages: Fair - red ownership stamp in Japanese on the title page. Multiple black ink underlines and markings on pp. 155, 156, 161, 164, and 169. Text: Good - general age-related wear. Others: The damaged dust jacket is fragile and may deteriorate further with handling.
