Cadell in the Strand, 1789, first English edition mostly translated from the French edition of Gervaise Francois Magne de Marolles, bound along with CAUTIONS TO YOUNG SPORTSMEN by Thomas Frankland, James Robson, 1801, second edition with additions, rebound with a new leather spine; now in quarter leather and older marbled boards and leather corner tips with new end-papers. Wear to the board edges and 3 of the 4 corner tips, else a good to very good copy with vg+/near fine contents.
