The ESPRIMO X923-T can be switched to Low Power Active Mode (LPAM). With this innovative feature activated, the PC will shut down power-hungry applications (e.g. browsers and office programs) when they are idle, so that they’re practically turned off. The network connection remains in an active state. At the same time, the PC draws just enough current for critical background tasks to be performed – for instance, virus scans or remote maintenance. What’s more, the PC is immediately available for incoming calls or videoconferencing.
