Cambridge, England: Cambridge University Press, 1962. First edition. Black cloth with silver gilt on royal blue spine lettering, 244 pages with extensive index, printed dustjacket. The book is in good condition with a vaguely discernible moisture shadow wrapped around bottom quarter of cover, sound text block, good hinges, clean pages with no names or other markings. The mylar protected dustjacket is not priceclipped and is in very good condition with very minimal edgewear. . First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
