Gift quality 1966 first edition paperback with un-creased glossy orange/white card covers showing a couple small indentations on rear cover, color loss at lightly bumped tips and along slightly sunned 1/4" spine. Interior is flawless save for light age toning around periphery of inside covers. Part of the Studio Drawing Books Library with other titles listed on rear cover. Not ex-library, shows no ownership marks, prices etc. Thelwell hopes this book "will stimulate the beginner and give him a useful fund of knowledge on which to base his own work." Beyond adorable and shows some of Norman's 'serious' sketches as well. Delightful, collectible and getting harder to find.
