Foreword by the famous art collector Cornelius Gurlitt elaborating on the stylish designs by Otto Schubert. Illustrated with impressive b/w photographs of Schubert's luxurious designs in Dresden with numerous captioned architectural drawings, including the City Hall and the Andreas Church. Contains four full page photogravures of the villas of Prof. Dr. Singer, Dr. jur. et Phil Stegmann, the group of buildings for the Dresden Association for Small Apartments, and the side entrance of the Villa Müller. The first and last four pages with printed advertisements on newsprint paper for local businesses. Illustrated ads at front and rear of Dresden architects and applied arts. Text in German. International First Class typically starts at $20. International Priority is typically $35 or less if under four pounds weight, and starts at $40 if over four pounds. International Express is a faster and more expensive option.
