An extremely scarce book in commerce. Of particular interest are pages 545-549, covering cases involving the ownership and treatment of Slaves in the state of Tennessee. Original period leather boards rebacked retaing remnants of original leather spine labels. Text exhibits foxing and a bit of staining here and there.
