Item description from seller

First edition thus. Introduced by Harry Paape, Gerrold Van Der Stroom, and David Barnouw. Edited by David Barnouw and Gerrold Van Der Stroom. Translated by Arnold J. Pomerans and B. M. Mooyaart-Doublday. Small quarto. 719pp. Illustrated.
