Translated from the Portuguese by James L. Taylor and Harriet De Onís. Green cloth stamped in gilt, red, and green, red top stain, pp. [2], x, 494, [6]; A fine book in a VG+ unclipped jacket with a couple damp stains to spine, some light rubbing to rear panel, and a small closed tear to the head of the rear panel, a couple small holes to front joint, light wear to spine ends, a couple other short closed tears to edges, spine remaining largely unfaded.
