16mo. Brown cloth spine with gilt lettering and yellow printed paper over boards. 192pp, (36pp ads). Text endpapers. Very good. A bit edgeworn, with spine lettering quite rubbed, but overall clean, tight and internally near fine; tiny front pastedown ownership initials. Attractive copy of this early construction estimating guide, whose mile-long title is truncated on front board to "Day's American Ready Reckoner and Log Measurer" -- with charming front board graphic depicting two men in a sawmill. measuring logs! Lovely copy of a title usually found in horrific condition.
