About this Item
First edition, no dust wrapper. Blue boards with gilt lettering on the spine and front cover. Head and tail of spine, bumped and showing some heavy wear and tear. Head of spine has small piece missing. Spine is cocked. Covers are showing some wear and tear, mostly thumbed at the edges, and back cover bears some white discolouration. Corners are well thumbed and rounded. Binding is neat and tidy, yet split at the front, center and rear. Page edges are discoloured. This discolouration and some foxing flows through to the edges of most pages throughout the book. Pastedowns, free endpapers, and half title page bear moderate foxing and the odd stain. Front free endpaper missing. This book is in fair condition. *We always describe the faults of our books meticulously but they usually present better than they sound. Seller Inventory # TRA536
