1899 FIRST PRINTING of First Edition. Original light green cloth with b/w illustration front cover, white lettering front cover, black lettering spine. The book has slight browning to spine, rubbing at corners and spine ends with small loss, old owner name in pencil on blank FFEP otherwise no previous owner marks or writing on any pages, small loss to corner of frontispiece tissue guard, rear EP cracked at hinge but holding firmly, overall strong binding, foxing on a few pages mainly opposite illustration plates (most pages have no foxing). Complete with all pages and plates. The book measures 192mm tall x 125mm, and has 149 pages + one ad page, 24 drawings by A.R. Quinton. PHOTOS ARE OF THE ACTUAL BOOK BEING OFFERED FOR SALE.
