It appears that only a maximum of a few hundred proof copies have been circulated, due to the very small first printing of the book, after which it turned out that Galbraight was a pseudonym for J.K. Rowling and suddenly became an overnight literary sensation in later printings. Book is in very good condition with trivial shelf wear to edges.
