Glued binding. xi, [1], 22, [2] p. Illustrations, black & white. This is one of the Officer Corps Strategy Monograph Series From an on-line posting: "Despite talk about regional alignment, the Army has taken few concrete steps to prepare for this dramatic change. While enormous in its implications, the Army s current regional alignment plan seems to be little more than directing units to focus regionally and aligning them with the appropriate combatant command. Major Raven Bukowski is an Assistant Professor of International Relations at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY. Her research interests include civil-military relations, near-peer strategic culture, intelligence policy, and security and development strategies for countries in transition. Major Bukowski holds a B.S. from West Point and an M.A. in international economics and strategic studies from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.".
