pp178 In blue cloth with gilt spine lettering, floral end papers, attractively printed with decorative chapter headings and black and white illustrations. Very good, a couple of stains to the covers, browning to end papers, the pages are clean and crisp. Bookplate of James Durham and his wife Lady Agnes (Townsend) of Cromer Grange, Norfolk. Letter laid in dated March 1923 from Harold Pearson of Cowdray Park to James Durham discussing some documents in his possession concerning the Poyntz family at Cowdray.
