Each contributor prints 1,000 copies of their piece at their own expense and the issue is bound using those contributions. According to the introduction, no piece is refused. (N.B. In this case, "unpublishable" means "eccentric" and not "NSFW.") An interesting publication.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Our $8.00 rate is for UPS or Priority Mail. Our $4.50 rate is media mail which can take a week or two, or a month or two (rarely, but has happened).
