Item description from seller

Resolution. One untrimmed small quarto sheet folded to make four pages, printed on two. Two holes punched near the fold with a couple of other perforations, some wear and soil, very good. Signed in type by William Brady, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and R. C. Foster, Speaker of the Senate. The armory was to be built at the "Narrows of Harpeth" river in Tennessee. It appears that the armory was not built, and the owner of the land built a forge for the production for wrought iron in its place.
