Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. As all international surface mail has been eliminated from the U.S. as of Jan. 27, 2013, all overseas orders will be subject to 60% increased rates. Sets, and other heavy books which are ordered will be requested to include increased shipping costs, if these are not forthcoming immediately, the order will be cancelled. Additional costs will be charged to the purchaser at exactly the postage required to ship if over the quoted amount.
