Holt, 1971. First edition, second printing. A very good plus softcover book. The interior is absolutely clean, unmarked, and presents as very carefully read, the binding is strong There is some very light even toning to the covers and a spot of wear along the front edge of the spine and a small chip in the lower back corner. Still presents beautifully. An extraordinary book.
