Map has tiny tear(1/2") starting along bottom fold; else map VG, clean and tightly folded. Uniform age tone to pages; some fox from off-set of back of photo illustrations to some but not all pages opposite, a result of illustrations being printed on coated stock. Some pages uncut. Deckle edge. Contents clean and tight. Front cloth cover and decoration very bright. Light wear head/tail of spine with cloth and printing at spine sun darkened.
