Includes chapters on Jesuits in Paraguay, Protestant and Socialist communities in the United States, Anarchists, agrarian societies, co-operative communities. Undated, but circa 1929 - the original French edition was published in 1928. Hardcover in jacket, as pictured. Light wear to book; jacket shows some scuffing to front panel, long quarter-inch chunk missing from upper rear panel - no loss of text; rear free endsheet creased; pages lightly tanned; some are unopened; that is, the fore-edge has not been trimmed, leaving the original folds of the gatherings of some sections intact. Text clean, [223] pages; index. Size: Small Octavo.
