Buck, Langston Hughes, Ralph Ellison, Archibald MacLeish and others.Several articles grapple with the imprisonment of Japanese Americans: a report on the December 1942 incident at Manzanar Relocation Center and a letter from its director Ralph Merritt in Vol. III no. 3. and a five-article symposium in no. 4.
