A very good book in very finely stippled green buckram covers with gilt titles to spine and with triple blind stamped border lines to boards. Internally very good and free of inscriptions; no publisher named but probably by Beeton; illustrated with six plates of caricatures [all present]; binding tight; very little foxing; 245 pp. This is a very good copy of a very scarce first edition which promoted the authors' anti-monarchy and pro-republican sympathies. Photographs available on request.
