An amusing parody of Thompson's The Curious Cruise of Captain Santa, which was Thompson's and John R. Neill's only non-Oz collaboration. Thompson, who followed Baum as the author of the Oz books, collaborates with Gertrude Kay for this colorful, cute production. Wonderful color illustrations by Kay throughout. A superior copy with only the slightest amount of soiling and wear. The stapled binding is intact with no splits or tears. No bumped corners. No torn pages. No pencil marks or coloring. This is the nicest copy of this title that we have ever seen.
