Covers slightly faded at spine and edges. With the ownership signature of V.H. Vosper, blind-stamp address above. Five colour plates, the last, a fold-out, slightly creased. "Neither the King nor the Queen can so much as venture out of doors, without the whole circumference of the display world being banded with stripes of red, white and blue . . . Public interest in royalty is so great that even an association once removed is effective. When the occasion for patriotism is a coronation, gold is used as well as red, white and blue. There are a number of shades of gold, and though it hardly matters which is chosen, only one should be used throughout any one scheme. The death of royalty calls for the utmost tact in display, the colours appropriate being black, purple and silver . . .".
