1st Printing of the 1958 HUP 1st Edition Thus. Edited, with introduction and critical commentary, by Joseph Horrell, in 2 volumes, sold only as a set. Both Volumes are securely bound (no gutter splitting, although gauze is beginning to show between a few pages to Vol I), contain numerous margin notations some in pencil and some discreetly in ink which do not impact text, and very slight slant. Covers are clean and bright, with rubbing at the corners, shelving bumping and mild fraying to Vol I headband and Vol II tail, and still-crisp gilt lettering at the spine. An affordable academic edition for the Swift scholar. (Please see Seller images - space limits posting images of Vol I only), Pre-ISBN. ShiroBooks, independent bookseller, takes pride in accurate descriptions, careful wrapping and safe shipping. ADDITIONAL CHARGE MAY APPLY IF SHIPPED OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL US; CONTACT SHIROBOOKS PRIOR TO ORDERING or for more information, details or photos.
