Moderate toning to text, slightly heavier in places, light edgewear to preliminaries, light soiling and library stamp to title page, "8063" in tiny hand to verso. $350. * First edition. Intended as a practical edition for lawyers, Greiner's annotated edition of the code was somewhat overshadowed by Upton's edition, which appear in the same year.
