Payment with order. Check, money order, MC/VISA/AMERICAN EXPRESS. US postage $4.00 first book, $1.00 each additional book special 4th class. Outside the U.S. please add $15.00 (US) for orders weighing under 1.8 kg for surface rate, otherwise postage at cost.Indiana residents please add 6% sales tax. Prompt shipping, 10 day return if books are not as described.
