Although the locale and setting are regional to New Mexico, the story is not--- it is a universal discussion of discovery and rebirth of the spirit. It could have happened any place, anytime---to any of us. Calvin Horn served with the Eighth Air Force during World War 2 and saw action in the European Theatre.
