The front and back covers are both in terrific condition and the gilded page edges show only minor wear (see pictures of all sides). There is faint residue on the second page. This book is personally signed by the Author. It comes complete with a Certificate of Authenticity and Collector's Notes and would be a beautiful addition to your Easton Press collection.
