First edition! --- Frédéric-Jacques Louis Rilliet de Constant (parfois appelé Louis Rilliet-Constant), né en 1794 et mort en 1856 est un militaire et une personnalité politique suisse. Nommé dès 1812 lieutenant des cuirassiers de l'armée française, il participe aux dernières campagnes militaires du Premier Empire, et en particulier aux batailles de Lutzen, Bautzen, Leipzig et de Hanau. Après la Restauration française, il commande une compagnie de la garde des Bourbons avant de retourner à Genève en 1823. En 1837, il est nommé colonel fédéral. Parallèlement, il se lance dans la politique à Genève. Il adhère dès 1839 à l'Association du Trois-Mars fondée par James Fazy et dont le but est de renverser le gouvernement cantonal. Il est, selon Lullin « animé par un désir de vengeance à l'encontre d'un pouvoir qui l'a mis de côté »1. Cette même année, le gouvernement genevois nomme en effet Guillaume-Henri Dufour, préféré à Rilliet, comme commandant des troupes genevoises lors de l'hésitation de 1830. Au côté de Fazy, dont il ne partage pas les vues politiques, il est nommé conseiller d'État du 31 mai 1847 jusqu'au 4 mars 1848 où il démissionne de son poste. Lors de la guerre du Sonderbund, il est nommé commandant de la première division de l'armée confédérée, à nouveau sous les ordres du général Dufour. Il participe à la prise de Fribourg avant d'être envoyé dans le Chablais vaudois pour y bloquer les troupes valaisannnes. C'est là qu'il reçoit, le 29 octobre, la redditition du gouvernement valaisan qui marque la fin de la guerre. En 1852, il est le premier chef de la cavalerie suisse, dont il reste, jusqu'en 1856 à sa mort, inspecteur fédéral. (Quelle Wikipedia) Sprache: Französisch Gewicht in Gramm: 800.

If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel with contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
