Good condition hardback ex libris with DJ pasted to boards, thus I say no DJ. 330 yellowing pages good and clean with clear print. No foxing, no previous names. 'David Collins is a self-made man, obne among many of those who went to war and came back unable to accept the old certainties of class and culture. And as the austerity of the forties gives way to the boom years of the fifties, he grasps his opportunities; within a decade he has moved from a drawing office in a Birmingham factory to a director's office in a London advertising agency.
