Original publisher's pale blue boards with paper title label tipped onto front cover, in original dust wrapper with coloured pictorial inlay, in very worn but original cardboard slipcase. 16 pages of text, followed by 16 colour prints, bibliography. Slipcase worn, soiled, with long edges missing, age toning, some spine tears, loss to spine of dustjacket, text block loose but all complete, with some age toning to edges.[736] Size: 285mm. x 335mm. A very good copy in pale green cardboard covers with label on front cover. Pages are loose from glued bindings. Prints are near fine. Illustrated wrapper with color print pasted to front cover. Wrappers are darkened, print has 2 inch closed tear at mid-bottom and closed tear on right-hand margin. Wrapper edges have closed tears and edge chips not affecting text.
