Three scholarly works that explore the relationship---either similarities or differences---between the Parisian chanson and the nascent Italian madrigal at the turn of the 16th century. The works were originally presented at the conference at Isham Memorial Library in 1961. Fine in near fine dust jacket with some modest fade to the spine.
